Overnight Oats
Instead of green eggs and ham, what about green oats and jam?

Ingredients
1/2 cup of plain rolled oats
1 Tbsp. Chia seeds
6 oz. green smoothie*
1/4 cup yogurt (I used @siggisdairy vanilla, but you can always use a dairy-free alternative).
Directions
To make this filling meal, place all ingredients in a 16 oz. mason jar. Stir. Cover. Place in fridge overnight or patiently wait 8 hours for oats to absorb deliciousness.
Top with fresh fruit, nuts & seeds.
